Property Search

Property Search

The property search allows you to search for taxable properties using 3 different methods, Owner Name, Account # or PIN #.

Owner Name: Search for the owner name using the following format: LastName FirstName. Do not use any comma's. For instance, if you were searching for John Doe, you would input "Doe John" into this search box. John Doe and Doe, John will not return the expected results.

Account #: Search for the property using it's SCAD account number (15 digits maximum). We reccomend you use at least the first 10 digits to limit the number of returned results.

PIN #: Search for the property using it's SCAD PIN number (6 digit maximum).

The Map Contents is the table of contents window where you can turn on or off different layers in the map

For a layer to be visible, both the checkbox next to the layer and the checkbox next to it's folder need to be checked. If the checkbox for the folder is unchecked, all the layers inside that folder will be off.
